Before we talk about price, amenities, and location you'd have to ask yourself if living in a building that inspired every complex that has ever been under siege in a science fiction movie is something you want. The bridge connecting the towers is very distinct so people will know your place from the horizon no matter what. Wouldn't recommend for anyone modest - otherwise the rent is close enough to the norm for a high end Toronto unit that anyone's whose ever fantasized about living in a tennis ball can should jump on any avaliable unit.
